The Introvert Department in an Extrovert Company: How to Turn Your Introvert Personality into Your Company’s Biggest Asset by P.N. Murray
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is a short book that explains the difference between an introvert and Extrovert. It was really insightful, because I have always considered myself socially awkward, while reading it, I was like oh wow, there is at least one person that does the same as I do.

It was really interesting! From a reviewer point, I noticed that it didn’t really give examples of what to do on some of the situations, although I may have missed those.

Other than that, I would definitely recommend this book. To all those that have felt like it was a chore to talk to people or felt awkward in social settings, this is definitely a book for you. Meanwhile, I am going to go head back and take the “baby steps” I need to with these inspiring words!

Book Blurb:
Do you find yourself more comfortable with ideas than with social situations?
Does any kind of social interaction tire you out?
Do you have a tough time leading teams despite your great ideas?

If you answered YES to any of the above, congratulations-you are probably an INTROVERT! Introverts are gifted with a deep level of introspection and thorough analytical skills. They can often spot connections that other more socially extroverted people simply miss or overlook. Introverts are thoughtful and tend to think before they act. They often think about what they will say before sharing their thoughts and opinions. These traits are not only positive but absolutely CRUCIAL for the success of any organization.
