Review: Feeble Connections

Feeble Connections
Feeble Connections by Meghana Sarathy
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Jennifer is ready to take on the world. She is starting college as a film major, and is finally ready to open her heart to a real relationship. From the moment she enters school she starts hearing about “manwhore” Brandon Sky. She knows that someone like him is not the one for her and plans to steer clear of him. Brandon accepts his Casanova title with no shame, knowing that he only uses sex to help his own pain but when he first sees Jennifer everything he thought he knew about women and love is completely changed. This book follows their friendship to possibly something more, but there comes two foils for their match: Linden, a self absorbed basketball player, and Rosie, a seductive and playful partner.

This book is a prequel in Ms. Sarathy’s Connections series. I have not read any of the other books (read Canadian Rebel’s reviews for more on them!) but I was still able to enjoy this book on it’s own. This book was very addicting and I found myself staying up late to finish it, I just had to know who Jennifer ended up with, though the ending left me still wondering. I would say this book could still use a good edit though as I found many spelling, punctuation, and wording errors. Sometimes those mistakes took me out of the book for a moment but I was always pulled right back in. There are quite a few sex scenes, so mature audiences only. I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars!
